Blue Rock Country Club

Land planning, engineering design, conceptual design and feasibility studies for this 1,642-acre master planned community. Includes 614 residential lots, 18-hole Cal Olson designed championship golf course, clubhouse, and elementary school.

For 12 years, three different civil engineering firms had failed to solve the complex hillside grading issues complicated by sensitive environmental obstructions. One year after The Haaland Group was hired, a creative solution was found and the necessary permits and approvals were granted.
